Migrate emails from Intranet System to New Email System
(For user using Intranet System only)
Step 1: Intranet Account Setting
- Click Tools menu.
- Select E-mail Accounts....

- Select Add a new e-mail account.
- Click Next button.
- Select IMAP.
- Click Next button.
- Type your_name in Your Name:
- Type your_email_address
in E-mail address:
(e.g. itsc@cfhc.caritas.edu.hk)
- Type your_email_address
in User Name:
(e.g. itsc@cfhc.caritas.edu.hk)
- Type your_email_password in Password:
- Type intranet in Incoming
mail server (IMAP):
- Type smtp in Outgoing
mail server (smtp):
- Click More Settings... button.
Select Advanced .
- Type Inbox in Root
folder path:
- Click OK button.
Click OK button.

Click Next button.

Click Finish button.


Step 2: Select emails from mail folder
e.g. Copy 4 emails from the Inbox of the Intranet System to the New Email
System.
- Select Inbox folder under
intranet .
- Select emails from the right panel (hold down the
Ctrl key to make multiple selection).

Step 3: Copy emails to New Email System
- Click Go button
- Click Folder... button

- Select ¦¬¥ó§X folder under
Mailbox - User.
- Click OK button
