• Email messages received on or before 20 November 2005 have been restored.
• Email messages received from 21 November 2005 to 5 December 2005 can be accessed from:
  Standby Intranet Server and Temporary Intranet Server

• A Temporary Intranet Server has been set up to replace the Standby Intranet Server which is overloaded.

21st November 2005

• Intranet Services interruption has been detected.
• A Standby Intranet Server has been activated to provide minimal services (receiving incoming emails and allow emails sending out but stored email messages could not be read at this moment).
• Failed components had been identified and sent to vendor for repairment..
