IntroductionThe College recognises the necessity for every student to be familiar with a broad spectrum of knowledge which will contribute to their intellectual and personal development. To this end, the College offers a General Education curriculum. In 2004, the General Education Office became an integral part of the Department of Social Sciences. The General Education curriculum is an integral component of the Associate Degree and Higher Diploma programmes of the College. It enables students to understand the diversity of approaches to knowledge, perspectives and attitudes in areas regarded as integral to collegiate education.
