Welcome to Caritas Francis Hsu College. We take pride in providing quality post-secondary education opportunities to high school leavers since 1985. It is what we do best. Caring instructors and staff are no doubt our strength while we are trying to improve on our hardware. Besides renovating six classrooms, a couple of restrooms and a new computer lab recently, we also set up a brand new skills lab for our Social Work programme. We shall continue to upgrade facilities on our campuses until we can move into one single campus that is most appropriate for a higher education institute.

We are excited that higher education in Hong Kong is going through a higher education renaissance and all stakeholders especially students will benefit as a result. Our college welcomes the recommendations in the Report of the Phase Two Review of the Post Secondary Education Sector. We are so excited to be part of all this change for the better. The timing is most conducive to our quest to becoming a private Catholic university in Hong Kong.

I hope new students will appreciate our student support and services out of the classrooms. The Language Centre, the Library, and our Student Affairs Office have been doing a great job. In my short tenure at the College, I have been impressed by the enthusiasm of my colleagues and it is my privilege to see hope and confidence in the eyes of our future graduates who will excel in the profession they have chosen.
