Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students

The Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP), under the Student Financial Assistance Agency of the HKSAR Government, provides means-tested financial assistance to needy full-time students pursuing accredited, self-financing post-secondary education programmes, leading to a qualification at or above the levels of higher diploma and associate degree. Under the FASP, financial assistance is in the form of a grant and / or a loan.

Non-means Tested Loan Scheme

Students can apply for Government Loans under the Non-means Tested Loan Scheme (NLS). The NLS provides financial assistance in the form of loans to eligible students to meet tuition fees operated on a full-cost-recovery basis.

Grant from Diocesan Lenten Collection Allocation Committee

In the spirit of Lent, grants have been approved by the Diocesan Lenten Collection Allocation Committee to assist full-time students experiencing financial difficulties. The approval is subject to a means test and assistance is given to students with genuine financial needs. Grants are awarded to successful applicants by means of partial payment of the tuition fees.
